Ah. I live here. Have for something like 30 years, with an interruption here and there. Favorite place? Big Sur, Napa, Chinatown, the edge of the GG bride, my little suburban backyard. Tomorrow it might be different. So glad you liked it here. I love your blog.
I'm so glad you loved it! A place very close to our hearts is Point Reyes, just north of San Francisco, which is where my fiance and I are getting married next month. I hope you had a chance to see this special stretch of Marin coast -- if not this time, definitely visit when you return!
west marin is definitely tops, by far. i have lived here in the bay area, in marin and san francisco, with a diversion in santa cruz for college, my entire life and wouldn't dream of moving anywhere else.
the best place here in the city not enough people talk about is japantown.
