Flower Spotlight: Pieris Japonica Flower

Now I feel informed, it's called, Pieris Japonica Flower. Growing up, we had tons of these pretty little bell shaped flowers in our garden and lately I've been seeing it used as an accent in wedding bouquets and arrangements.
It's also quite stunning all on its own, don't you think?
I'm obsessed.

Biking

On holiday all week and spent the day chillaxing with A. biking and a little window shopping.

and so we danced

a. surprised me at the last minute. literally. As I stepped onto the dance floor, he whispered in my ear, "I've switched the song to Ovenque Proteggi by Vinicio Capossela.
Panic? No. Practiced? No. Pure and utter bliss? Yes.
And without missing a beat, we danced around the room, completely lost in the moment.

1 year anniversary

Today, a. and i are quietly celebrating our 1 year anniversary.
actually, we spent the weekend nursing one another from a hideous 24 hr. stomach flu.
glad we have "his" and "her" sofa's in the living room.
