........here's a little cookie that would make a perfect addition for a wedding desert display (particularly a winter wedding), Mexican wedding cakes, also known as Russian Tea cakes. They are also quite festive for the holiday season, I just made a fresh batch for my soon to be brother-in-law's birthday party tomorrow.
